HY PA is an offline-capable passenger-announcement reference and text-preparation application for iPhone and iPad, published by Artem Bystrov ("we", "us").
Information we collect
We do not collect, receive, sell, share, or transmit personal or device data through HY PA. The app has no analytics, advertising SDKs, user accounts, cloud services, or publisher-operated backend.
Information stored on the device
Values entered into announcement forms and interface preferences may be stored locally in the app container so they remain available between sessions. This can include crew role and name, aircraft type, airport names, times, flight level, speed, weather, temperature, delay details, scenario selections, interface language, announcement language, Uzbek script, stress-mark preference, and appearance preference. This information is not sent to us or to third parties.
Access code
The operator-provided access code is checked locally on the device. It is not saved, transmitted, or associated with a personal account.
App Store version check
The core announcement features, bundled airport database, and local access-code check work offline. When a network connection is available, HY PA may send a minimal request directly to Apple’s public App Store metadata service to determine whether a newer app version is available. The request does not include announcement form values, the access code, user or device identifiers supplied by the app, analytics, or other user data, and no such data is sent to us. The App Store page opens only after the user explicitly chooses to open it from an update notice. Apple processes network requests under its own privacy terms.
Clipboard
HY PA may write its non-personal build identifier to the clipboard only when the user explicitly taps the build marker. The app does not read clipboard contents.
Permissions
HY PA does not request access to location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, calendars, Bluetooth, health data, notifications, motion data, or advertising identifiers.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored form values remain on the device until the user resets the current form, removes the app, or clears its data through the operating system. Interface preferences remain until they are changed or the app is removed. Deleting the app removes its local container. Information restored through an Apple device backup is controlled by the user's Apple backup settings and Apple's policies. We cannot retrieve or delete this information remotely because we do not receive it.
Children
HY PA is intended for authorised professional flight crews and is not directed to children.
Security
The app’s core features are designed to operate offline and limit form-data processing to the device. The local access code is an access convenience and is not a substitute for organisational identity management or device security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
